ITS (UK) Speed Enforcement Workshop

ITS (UK) will be running a Speed Enforcement Workshop on Thursday 8th October 2009 at the IHT Conference Suite, 119 Britannia Walk, London to provide a training opportunity for Engineers who are currently working towards achieving their CEng. or IEng. qualification. The Workshop has been structured to cover the specialist ITS areas of implementing and operating ITS systems using Speed Management in both permanent and temporary locations where collision reduction and road-workers’ safety are respectively the main aims. Delegates will be offered a unique opportunity to participate in an inter-active discussion on the implications involved in installing and implementing ITS technologies. A series of tutorials will be delivered by specialists in their particular field and will precede ‘breakout’ Workshop sessions conducted under the guidance and support of expert mentors.
